3. Quotations

All quotations issued by Drifty Box are non-binding until formally accepted by both parties.

4. Customisation & Artwork Approval

Many of our products are customised with company logos, branding, engraving, printing, embroidery, or personalised packaging.

By submitting any logo, artwork, design, trademark, or branding material, you confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to use the submitted material.
  • The material does not infringe any intellectual property rights.
  • The content is lawful and suitable for reproduction.

Before production begins, Drifty Box may provide a digital proof or mock-up for approval.

Approval provided through email, WhatsApp, or any other written communication shall be deemed as final approval for production.

Once approval has been received, Drifty Box shall not be responsible for any spelling errors, design errors, colour preferences, placement issues, or branding mistakes contained in the approved artwork.

5. Orders & Production

Orders are confirmed only after:

  • Written confirmation from Drifty Box
  • Receipt of the agreed advance payment (where applicable)
  • Final approval of artwork or branding

Production timelines commence only after all three requirements have been fulfilled.

Lead times may vary depending upon:

6. Pricing & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of:

  • GST
  • Shipping Charges

The final invoice shall include all applicable taxes and charges.

7. Payment Terms

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Drifty Box shall make commercially reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the agreed schedule.

However, we shall not be liable for delays arising from:

  • Manufacturing delays
  • Vendor delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions

Risk in the Products transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the logistics partner.

Customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.

9. Bulk Order Variation

For customised bulk production, a manufacturing variation of up to ±5% in quantity may occur.

Billing shall be based on the actual quantity supplied.

Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, material, engraving, or printing may occur due to manufacturing processes and shall not be treated as defects.

10. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

As most Products are custom-made specifically for each customer:

  • Orders may be cancelled without charge before artwork approval and before production has commenced.
  • Once production has begun, cancellations, returns, or refunds are generally not permitted.
  • Drifty Box reserves the right to recover all sourcing, production, and customisation costs incurred before cancellation.
  • Non-customised products may be considered for return at Drifty Box’s sole discretion, provided they remain unused, in original packaging, and are reported promptly.
  • Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect products shall be replaced or refunded after verification.
